Company Conducts AED First Aid Training to Enhance Workplace Safety Protection

To further strengthen the workplace safety guarantee system, improve employees’ emergency rescue capabilities, and popularize the professional skills of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation, our company successfully organized a special AED first aid training recently, aiming to build a solid safety line for employees’ life and health.

Adhering to the principle of "practicality, full coverage and scientific rescue", the training was delivered by professional first aid instructors. Combining with common sudden emergency scenarios in the workplace, the instructor systematically explained the dangers of sudden cardiac arrest, the critical significance of the 4-minute golden rescue window, the standard operating procedures of CPR, and the working principle and standardized usage of AED devices. Meanwhile, key operational points, common misunderstandings and essential rescue precautions were elaborated in detail.

Following the theoretical lecture, a hands-on simulation training session was carried out. All participating employees practiced the full set of first aid operations in turn, including chest compressions, artificial respiration, as well as power-on, electrode patch application, heart rhythm analysis and defibrillation with AED equipment. The instructors provided one-on-one on-site guidance, corrected non-standard operations in a timely manner, and answered all questions patiently, ensuring that every employee could fully master both theoretical knowledge and practical skills for emergency rescue.

Emergency first aid capability is a core part of workplace safety management and an important embodiment of the company’s humanistic care for employees. This AED training has effectively filled the gap in employees’ emergency first aid knowledge, greatly improved their ability of self-rescue and mutual rescue in response to sudden cardiac emergencies, and enabled employees to respond to crises bravely, scientifically and effectively.
